Ibuprofen

can you take ibuprofen for headaches while your takin Fluoxetine?

I take ibuprofen for all most anything, its a magic little pill that cures anything, but reading how a lot of people suffer from head aches as a side effect, am a bit worried now :cry:

    Hey L,

    Ive taken Aspirin, Neurofen and Ibuprofen and not suffered......trial and error is the only way unless you phone the NHS Direct helpline.

    I suffered terrible headaches at the beginning of taking flu and took paracetomol but they didn't even touch it. I asked in Boots whether you could take neurofen and they said you can. I spoke to my doc about it and she said it was ok but to stop if you got stomach problems. I too in the past have taken neurofen for everything and still do and i've been fine so far.

    One of my children was prescribed ibuprofen in an Australian public hospital for pain and suffered severe hallucinogenic character altering effects that lasted months.
