Ice Burn

Hi Everyone...

Had a muscular pain in my neck and used an ice pack whixh i left on for too long and now I have ice burn. Seen by practice nurse and pharmacist. Happened 4 days ago. Still very red. Nurse suggested warm salt water applications. Pharmacist said to apply a cream with hydrocortisone of which the Nurse did not approve.

I'm taking antihistamine three times a day and applying Sudocream to keep it moisturised. How long will it take to heal? Any further suggestions? Thanks. x
