I guys I wrote up my story earlier about the caffeine induced attack etc! That was 4 days ago, and I'm still getting mini attacks now, one started up about a hr ago and its not shifting any ideas, I've tried walking around my flat and breathing excises, stuck a movie on but can concentrate, I dont really wanna have to resort in taking a beta blocker to slow the heart down as they make me feel unwell! Thanks in advance

I have the same effects from caffiene. Have you stopped all forms of caffiene? Tea/coffee/cokes etc? Have you checled your HR to see if your heart is really racing?

Your initial panic was very like related to the coffee. At this point, though, I'd be inclined to think that your anxiety has just been taking over. You're in a state of panic still. Unless you've continued drinking coffee or eating lots of sugar, I don't think anything is physically wrong with you. Have you tried some medication to calm down? Or breathing exercises?

Hi guys I haven't drank any more coffee, and I haven't really eaten anything sugery either, I am struggling too deal with this, I want to go out this weekend but I'm scared these panic attacks will start again! I've locked myself away for the last 4 days! But my partner wants too come over to my flat this weekend, and she likes doing activities. Any advice?

Go out, sidetrack yourself! Sometimes doing stuff works and stops you from feeding into all this. Its a mind game at this point anyway.

Do not feed into all this and make anxiety rules. You cant go out because you might feel all thise anxiety symptoms. No, no, no dont think like that. Anxiety is a bad bully and will ruin your life if you allow that. Grab the bulls by the horns and keep living. Dont spend your time replaying an anxiety attack in your head. It will appear as requested.
