Identifying an issue with penis head

hi. can anyone advise on what is happening on the head of my penis? i keep getting red rashes/small blemishes on the head of my penis. it comes and goes, and I have had it for about 2/3 years. I have been to multiple GUM clinics and all came back negative, though they don't test for herpes unless showing symptoms, and I have been to the doctors and urologist, all of them recommending canesten, dermol wash, daktakort, etc. All of them were temporary fixes, or made the head of the penis go red. What do you think?

Not sexually active with anyone but partner. The initial symptoms appeared after unprotected oral sex, but multiple STD tests came back negative. Though tests for herpes are only done when there are noticable, weeping sores. They swabbed mine, but they weren't leaking, and never did leak, so they came back negative.

Used to always wash with soaps etc but stopped when initial symptoms appeared.

... the only thing that makes sense is that you are getting recurring exposure to a fungal / yeast or bacterial infection, or both from your partner ....

    Hi!

I have something similar, have you tried any sample collection in a med lab (mycological culture) to see if there is or not a fungal infection?
