Are you referring to the rough bumpy parts of the vulva? They are vestibular papillomas.

Likely to be a separate issue, as VP doesn't cause discharge. Try to get tested.

If you're uncertain if your symptoms are due to internal (intra-vaginal) warts, I suggest you see your doctor or a gynaecologist for a speculum examination.
