hi dailon, i read your post and looked at your picture. i think because you had been constipated you are struggling to open your bowels properly. have you ever had anything like this? have you spoken to your doctor about it? if your bowels change and you're struggling you need to see your doctor, tell them how bad this is and if they think you need it they will give you some medicine so going to the toilet is easier. have you eaten anything wrong? i know you've changed diet it might be good for you! if this was cancer i think you might know, you might feel more ill.

Dailon...forget Cancer. You need to introduce fresh veg and fruit into your diet and some bran flakes at breakfast time. Start with a small amount and increase until you have an easy stool once per day. All that fast food has made your bowel lazy. Water is excellent . Cod liver oil is OK but not more than one teaspoon per day. Dont use magnesium citrate. Its not for long term use and may cause loose stools and your bowel can become too dependent on it.It may be the reason for the way you are feeling. Treat your gut more kindly . Well done for thinking of changing your diet but dont expect perfect results at first. You have to experiment with different foods to see what suits you best.
