If not pregnant then what??

My period was 3 weeks late. I was sick, bloated, stomach pains, tired all the time, dizzy sometimes. Took several pregnancy tests which were negative. Then I had cystitis and had blood in urine. Period came finally but lasted just 1 day. Cystitis has continued on and off. Still have all of the other issues along with a lot of spots on my face and urine has a strange smell.

If I'm not pregnant then what is the problem?!
