Can I ask a question. If everyone holds their breathe, can you feel your heart beat/pulsate if you focus on it? This is something that really worries me!!

Holding your breath may cause your heart to beat faster. Do not forget to breath out !!!
If I hold my breath and rise my hand to my Adams Apple I can feel and hear my heart. However I do not make this a habit, as long as my body works well I am happy.
If it is not broke do not fix it comes to mind !!! Lol

Have you made an appointment with your Dentist, get checked, we are supposed to have check ups once or twice a year
We both saw our Dentist Thursday, great no fillings
