just wanted to tell you all there is an excellent closed FACEBOOK GROUP im on that is amazing, it has over 6000 members & expert advice on hand. its called, The MENOPAUSE SUPPORT NETWORK, its been a lifeline to me x

Thank you Chrissy, I have joined the group, I like that it has ladies on there in their 60's, my age group. Read a scary post but on the whole very informative x
