Igot pancreatitis when i was pregnant

I got this while I was pregnant the doctors didn't know what I had for months I got rushed into hospital every week all the doctors thought I was lying said it was just trapped acid the pains were the worse I ever felt I thought i was losing my baby I was that bad I go rushed into intensive care unit I was in there for for months. I couldnt walk or speak. I couldn't eat for months they finally found out what was wrong with me. I had pancreatitis and had to get my gallbladder removed I was 20weeks pregnant at this point they said there was a chance I would lose my little girl it went on all them pains getting rushed back in and out of hospitals for months. I finally had her at 30weeks she was a healthy girl and now till this day I'm still the same having pains getting rushed back to hospital they can't do anything for me i don't drink or smoke I'm 23years old the only thing is keeping me going is my beaufuil daughter if it wasnt for the doctors they could of saved me it was my gallstones hitting off my pancreas and that's what set it off in the first place and now I'm damage for life because they wouldn't listen to me

    Sorry to hear your pains have returned. I had recurrent acute pancreatitis for 5 years. All scans showed nothing wrong and all consultants blamed alcohol, despite me being abstinent since my first attack.

    To cut a long story short, I did what the consultants should have done through the years and got myself referred to the Pancreatic specialist team at a regional centre. Every area will have one. A specialist EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound) found that micro gallstones had been causing my problems.

    I know you have had your gallbladder out, but I think you have good reason to be referred by your GP to a pancreatic specialist team because of your history. They can take a proper look at your pancreas and get a management plan in place to help you.

    Aww really I have many mri scans nothing has came up there were trying to say I was drinking but I haven't touch any I'm to scared to and thanks for your help I will do that and can I ask you what's your diet like? And can u drink alcohol anymore or not mine wasn't cause by alcohol I was never a heavy drinker anyways
