I think the best course of action would be to see a skin specialist such as a Dermatologist to get an actually identification of what is going on and the right kinds of medication can be tried from a diagnosis.
My guess would be you have a skin disorder and the worse of it is showing in this location - you need to get the help from someone like a Dermatologist as the problem could cause issues elsewhere on your body

Thank you. I showed it two Dermatologist, they didnt understand the issue.
I doubt about two things. Firstly, I have seborrheic dermatitis on my body for 6-7years. my skin is very sensitive. But i dont suppose it is the reason.
Secondly, When i masturbate, i be rude to my corona of glans. I think it damaged the texture.
I am curious about your opinion. So, Does the area is self-replicating or self-healing ? or it could cause permanent damage. Maybe it be cutted out or need surgical intervention

This could possibly be lichen planus. Its an autoimmune disorder. it attacked my shins, penis and i have oral lichen planus that flares up every now and then.
The lichen planus on my penis left a permanent scar and destroyed my self confidence.

The purplish color strongly suggest to me that this could very likely be lichen planus. ive dealt with it for 8 years now

So in terms of this: "I showed it two Dermatologist, they didnt understand the issue " - what you have is a skin issue of the penis and this is clearly evident on the corona of your glans.
I strongly suspect that you have skin problems elsewhere on your penis - THIS is what the Dermatologists should be helping you with, first of all the issue on the corona and if the same issue exists elsewhere on your penis they should be giving you the correct medication to deal with the problem, or separate skin issues if they are present.
And yes, it is very common to have Seborrheic dermatitis on the Genitals - I have no knowledge of the impact of the presence of long-term Seborrheic if it exists on your penis, but it is possible that this is at least part of, or substantial part of the issues that exist on your penis. Again, this is what at least one of the Dermatologists, or a different Dermatologist should be helping you to understand what is actually going on with your penile skin, AND, to treat what is actually causing the issue(s) you have.
So if I get what you mean, what you currently have on your Glans is the problem is self-replicating - that is, the conditions required for the damaged skin to even begin the process of repair simply do NOT exist - as Chris suggests this could be because a severe condition is present or that whatever has caused this in the first place is still present.
In terms of masturbation: this places a severe amount of friction and stress on skin on the upper-part of the penis, and in terms of what you have, the skin on your glans is simply NOT healing itself and masturbation will simply make the problem or issues even worse ....
