I put it on in the morning with a q-tip. I smear my lower lashes and then close my eye and smear more on the top. I use one q-tip for each eye. After 15 minutes I rub in little honey on my eyelid and I just leave it or wash it.At the night I do same procedure like morning routine and still flare up again..😢

I wash my eyes with one drop of tea tree oil, and a dab of no tears baby shampoo, rinse then smear my face with a gentle lotion. ( Ced iphill) Then I take a small of Manuka Honey on my two clean index fingers an rub it all around my eyelids. It stings a little, then I dab at my eyes with a tissue. I may eventually remove the honey, or not. Depends on how sticky it feels. This is NOT a cure, it just gives me great relief. I do this two to three times a day.
