As a practice nurse I've seen people with the soles of both feet covered in verrucae. I would urge you to visit your doctor; it's really nothing to be ashamed of whatsoever. They are easily picked up and tend to affect the young in particular.

What you can do for yourself is this. Buy some duck tape and cover the verrucae in largish pieces of it. If you can't face doing the whole lot, do a section at a time. There is no quick fix, however. You can leave the duck tape on for a week before washing the area & changing it. It starves the verrucae of oxygen. Between changes, whilst the foot is dry, pare down, or file, the dead skin away. You will need to do this for 6-8 weeks, maybe longer.

Read my veruca cure entitled \"VINEGAR, VINEGAR AND MORE VINEGAR\" (I posted it about a year ago) If you follow the steps correctly then I'm confident that it WILL help you. It will work faster than any of the other things you have tried aswell, but you must continue with it religiously, even when you think you no longer need to. I had maybe 5 verucas and now I have none. I had tried lots and lots of methods of getting rid of them and I was really embarrassed about having such awful verucas. I had them for years and was so frustrated by them. I thought I would have to have them cut out of my foot!! Ugh! lol I read countless articles and websites and books and decided to try vinegar. It WORKED and fast! I could feel it working almost immediately, unlike anything else I'd tried. They just absorbed the vinegar, darkened in colour and then eventually fell off. I can't tell you how satisying it was to see the horrible things disappear!! It was great, and they never returned!! Read my earlier post (entitled VINEGAR, VINEGAR AND MORE VINEGAR) and try it! Good luck! xox

I know how you feel!! I had a verucca on my foot for 10 years! I had it frozen 4 times and had electrosurgery on it where they cut it out and it came back with 2 more!!

However I read that boosting your immune system and using garlic can really help. So I statrted taking a zinc tablet to boost my immune system and a garlic capsule (can be bought at most pharmacies or health food shops) each day. I also taped garlic on to my verucca (and a wart on my finger by this point!) and within a couple of weeks my wart was gone and within a month or so my verucca was gone!!

I still cant beleive it has worked!!! My verucca was so deep and about the size of a 1p piece I thought i would have it forever! I feel like going to my doctors to tell them my revelation!!

let me know how you get on!

:? My daughter had 17 of them on one foot last year, tried Wartner and all those, also the vinegar thing, but had to go to the doc's eventually. It really is nothing to be ashamed of, everyone gets them!

She had the nurse, who froze them all. She expected lots of pain and nearly broke my fingers, but it really didn't hurt, neither during, or after. Within a week, they had all gone, even though the nurse said it may take 2 or 3 goes at them.

Don't be ashamed, just go and get rid of them, it's easy.
