Im 16 I have the nexplanon and I have a positive test

I told my grandma about it, and I told her I need to get the implant removed because of the positive test. She told me I should just leave it in to kill the baby I just started crying. My own grandma said that to me. Anyways i don't know what to do. I would want to keep the baby but I don't know how to get her to calm down..my fiance's mom and family is happy about it
