Im 18, and virgin, surgery can harm my chance to have children what to do!

I turned 18 a few months ago, and my cyst was discovered. its almost 6-7 cm

and another small one on the other side, just 2 cm.

I have very bad pain, and this month i also have panic attacks and light fever.

the doctor told me because Im so young a surgery can make my chance's of getting pregnant lower.

Im so tired and scared, my family doesn't care and Im going to doctors alone, i don't know what to do.

I used to masturbate a few times a month , is masturbation affects it in anyway?

please if anyone knows anything to let me know how to deal with it,

even little advice i will be so thankfull
