What does the white discharge look like? Is it lumpy like cottage cheese or smooth and feels slimy?

Is it the start of your period? If its not your period and it continues then you need to see a doctor.

yeah im not sure if its my period but ive been spotting and im sure its because I stopped taking birth control

I'm sure its because you stopped taking birth control. Your body is trying to get back to a normal rhythm and shedding the lining of the uterus. It maybe the hormone change that is causing the itching.

Depends on the circumstances - it could still be normal. A discharge like that could be perfectly normal - what about odour and consistency? The vulva itself looks normal.

I cant see the spots you speak of, which is good as it means that they are more likely fordyce spots. The discharge could be something or nothing: some vaginas are more productive than others and it could be perfectly normal. The itching is obviously concerning but could have a perfectly innocent explanation like soap / laundry detergent changes.

On the whole, it seems fine, I would monitor and it there is no change or it worsens then get a medical appointment.

The other thing to say is that it is hard yo examine from a photo, something like a small bartholins cyst may feel like a lump but not show on an image, so the final decision really lies with you...
