Do you take your medication at the same time everyday? What dose are you on?

    Could it be hayfever?

Even after so long taking medication you could still be having up and down days yes. Have you ever tried to get to the root cause of your anxiety/depression? Or looked into why it happens. Maybe understanding what's happening to you more will help you to accept it more and these blips should subside more. I would still go and see a doctor though about these issues just for peace of mind (if you haven't already)

    Hi @babsyboo

Firstly, I am so glad to come across your post.

I too have been on Citalopram for 7 months...recently i had been feeling the same, really good/happy like i was coming out the other side then for the past 2 weeks i've felt really low again along with the stream of negative thinking.

I replied mainly because i too have been suffering with my sinuses.

The headaches are so unbearable at times & i feel light headed most times & a foggy feeling.

I have had antibiotics twice now from the doctor with no luck, so i know theres no sinus infection.

Sorry to hear you are suffering...Hope you start to feel better soon.

I too am suffering with the same & also wandering if this is a blip or is it my medication. Will hang in for a couple more weeks before discussing the low feeling with the doctor...If its a blip, hopefully it would have passed by then.

Tbh, i didn't think i'd have them this far along.
