Ive never in my life have had this bad of health anxiety and ive had my fair share of panic attacks and anxiety but nothing that has been this relentless for the past weeks 24/7 shortness of breath. I went to Er a couple days ago got ekg and the tested me for blood clots did a ct pulmonary agiograph. every thing was normal went home and started feeling worse over the last 3 days I cant sleep scared Ill stop breathing. have checked my pulse and o2 and it litterrally is in the 40s as im getting ready to dose off. Needless to say Im back in ER in a waiting room just had another normal ekg. yet I still feel like there is something seriously wrong with my heart. like post partum cardiomyopathy that they are missing. or I have a terminal illness and im going to die soon. why wont it go away why cant I feel normal again. I take meds they arent helping. I dont even feel like myself at all its like im in an empty shell slowly waiting to die. i cant explain it.

dear tiffany, i have been in your shoes. i understand how frustrating it is. i am back from the ER with normal EKG, normal xray, normal blood test. and its my 5th time in a year. i am waiting for my appointment with a mental health institute. for now, lavendar oil and chamomile tea and sleeping in the dark helps me. hope all will be well with you .

this sounds so much like me. I always get the air hunger feeling I've had 2 chest xrays and a chest scan 5 lots of full blood counts thyroid checked and diabetes checked and it's always normal. but I'm adamant theres always something wrong like different cancers but it always goes back to my heart think its because my stepdad passed unexpectedly from a heart attack in August even no we wasn't blood related I'm scared for my own health
