Im confused about sertraline, anyone with similar experience?

So i started on 25 mg sertraline and at first had bad sideeffects but once it went away i was super happy but had little anxiety so my psychiatrist decided to up me ot 50 mg sertraline. Same thing on the 50 mg i had sideeffects but after a week sideeffects went away. Around week 3 i felt amazing, i wanted to do social things, i didn't constantly worry, my conversations with people became very smooth. I started working out and felt super motivated and everything seemed perfect. I thought I finally was getting the full benefit of the medication. But as the week went on I started to feel super tired and then one day I woke up and had a full blown panic attack. Then for 3 days I was super anxious. I saw my psychiatrist and she told me that I need to do breathing exercises and to start seeing a therapist. I had seen a therapist before and i really dont think it helps me, I just want to feel like how I felt during that week 3. My psych told me to continue the 50 mg. Has anyone had this kind of reaction to sertraline?

Same thing here.... First two weeks on 25mg, now since 3 weeks on 50mg. And three days ago had the worst panic attacks I have had so far. Don't know why.

No not really, despoten the fact that I still don’t sleep that well. Do you sleep well?

I have no trouble falling asleep but I wake up extremely early. However, I have had that problem for a long time before starting this medication.

Yes same here. 50 is a low dose. I was on 50 for 4 months had to increase to 100. I did feel good on 50 but i could tell that I wasn't quite there yet. My side effects would usually hit around day 7, both times I started on 50 and 100. Occasionally I would feel tired but i think it was because I was doing more than I was use to.
