Im confused and terrified that this is herpes

Okay so the last time I had sex was april 15th. We weren't using protection because I had gotten tested right before we started sleeping together and everything was negative, he claimed the same as well.

About two weeks ago (week of may 24th) I noticed this sore thing at the bottom of my vagina. It was on the outside of it though but on the soft tissue area pretty close to the hole if that makes sense. It didn't really hurt or anything but there was some discomfort on like the 2nd day when peeing/wiping but other than that, it was as if it wasnt there. I had been wearing thongs which is out of the ordinary for me so I thought maybe it was just irritation so I tried to not wear underwear/wear granny panties for a a few days to give it some air and within about a 7-10 days from beginning irritation to fully present sore/opening (which still was not as bad as the internet pictures say a lesion looks), it was completely gone.

Fast forward to two days ago (June 4th) and I was just checking to see an update, making sure it was still gone- and it was but there was now these two or three little red dots that were on the bottom of my labia but not in the same place as the original sore and they were isolated to that one side, not on both. I thought maybe it was just blood vessels or something, but then when I had looked at them yesterday they looked more like very small pimples or potentially fordyce spots. I figured it was because I was messing with them the day before so I irritated them. And I know I shouldnt have, but I tried to pop them (i have an impulse control disorder) but I popped one or two of them and it was little to no liquid. However within a few hours, they had turned into more prominent open circles that-assuming because of a high moisture area- had developed this white texture around the rim, kind of like when you take of a bandaid from the scap and the outer part of the wound collects moisture and turns white. Again, still very small. So today I looked again and they appeared to look the same, but I peed and when wiping felt discomfort. I looked at them again and it appears that I scraped one off or popped it? I seemed to have wiped away the white tissue that was on the top.

I honestly thought it was syphilis and am still hoping that is the worst case scenario but I know a girl that has herpes as well and now that I have these spots she said it looks more like her outbreak.

My confusion lies within the timeline because I thought it was about 12 days from exposure to see symptoms but in my case its been nearly 6 weeks since we last had sex.

The first photo is of the spots the day after I popped them. The red circle I think was there and left alone which now I can't see so I assume it just went away. The second photo I have circled in white where the original sore was but is now completely gone, the pigmentation of that area is just lighter now from the skin healing. The red spot in the black circle is presumably what I popped when wiping but the cluster next to that is where the other spots were.
