Im confused, did a blood and urine pregnancy test and it’s positive,did an ecography its negative,

I am 4weeks 3days pregnant, i dont want this child.

Is it too earlt for the ecography to show the baby??

The doctor told me i am not pregnant

    what is ecography test ? where it is done, in Dr lal pathlabs ?

      Echography****  a radiologic technique in which deep structures of the body are visualized by recording the reflections (echoes) of ultrasonic waves directed into the tissues.
