Im freaking out

So im freakn out. I spoke to my partner and told him please get tested this our health we talkn about.im so in love with him its crazy..ive been with him for a long while..i recently found a bump with some pimple like stuff on it and freaked. We went to the er. And they couldnt even confirm went to a gyno they took blood and a culture..the wait is crazy.i told him please get tested he went and took blood his dr got back to him asap.says he dont have it..can i still have it..omg yea i feel my life is over n done with... depression has set in. I think if its positive we will no longer be together. Yea im thinking the worst rn. Im done how do u hold up?. Im sooo scared. I no life goes on. But its so life altering. My stomach is in knots over this. And hes been trying to calm me telling me think positive its gona be ok. How can u be positive and not know?

    Why do u think it’s herpes? Are u having other symptoms?

      No nothing more than that they gave me meds and it seems as if its going away i dnt know tho.

    The worst you can do is freak out. That can trigger Outbreaks if it is. Just take each day at a time and think the best. If you do have an STD, it’s not the end of the world. You will be fine and there are a lot of people to support you. I know people who have had this for years and they live a happy healthy life! Breathe little mamma! One day at a time!

      I have pretty intense anxiety as well....but....what can I do about it now? Not a damn thing. Except take care of myself and my mental and physical Heath. Hang in there sweetie...you might be stressing out over nothing. Right?
