Im freaking out, what's this

the last time I had sex was April, got bad yeast infection which i treated but it came back 2 weeks, had to go to hospital again gynae examined it said its yeast gave me drugs it went away now 2 days ago i noticed that when I wash down there it gets painful looked at it i didn't see any visible bump or rash plus my discharge is normal, i don't get burning sensation when i pee it just itch from time to time especially when i touch it, today decided to take a close look i noticed thisimage
