    Hi Tiana3203,

Sounds like there are lots going on in your head. There again, don't you think there are lots going on in the world. We are living in an age where everything that happens is fed to us straight away. On media via the net, television, newspapers and radio. We tend to try and take in as much as we can but then try to make sense and order of it.

In your own circle information wirles  around and you are finding it difficult to cope. Join the club, we are all the same in our own world.

    Mike.

Tiana...this doesnt sound stupid at all. At 14 your body is going through massive changes as you mature and hormones are rampaging round your body. You are experiencing all sorts of new ideas and feelings and your mind is struggling to make sense of it all.     Do you have friends of your own age you can talk to? they may be feeling the same way and want to talk just like you.

Alternatively write down your thoughts day to day when you feel the need. Then you can re-read your thoughts like talking to someone. You can keep your thoughts or then throw them away.   Your comment of "no-one understands me" is so common in people your age,but believe me we have all been there and it will all calm down as you get older.

I agree with marina's advice on this. At such a growing age it seems normal for kids to feel like that due to some hormonal changes or something. Just try to be around with some good friends and spend more time in activities which will help you to be busy and active at the same time..
