Please im just a kid i didint hurt noone ever. I been suffering from chest pain some months ago, as soon as a realised i might have anxiety the pain went away. So this was supposed to be my first day pain free but i got obssesed with my throat having a lump sensation i felt this feeling is at the entrance of esophagus. . I been to expert ENT 2 times and he said i had nothing.
I feel like esophagus left side gets filled with a lot of phelgm but i also have a runny nose.
I have no trouble swallowing , its swallowing spit what makes it worse. I started to send air in esophagus and bloat it out cause it makes my throat feel more free but aometimes i throw up when i irritate my self like that and i throw up alot of phelgm.
I can feel like left side of esophagus on the top is filling with phelgm and when i try to throw it up its a lot of phelgm and sometimes its nothing at all. Help please this is killing me. I feel like i cant even burp normally anymore without having to force meself.

Don't panic . You will be surprised how many people think that it's very serious but lot's of people from this forum can confirm that "lump feeling " is combination of simple cold and muscles problemso! !! I've had that and after Clear x-ray, 2 courses of antibiotics and perfect blood test was sent to see a Physician! Simple stretch will help.
Sure you are at your computer like "?"? you need to take care of your neck - shoulder.
Go back to your GP , check your blood test and ask him to see a Physician.
Best of luck!
Don't panic and warm drinks always good for the throat.

Try not to worry as you will make it feel worse . The muscle in your throat tightens when you are anxious , hence the term lump in throat . I have the lump in throat feeling constantly due to acid coming up well I think is just vapours . The feeling is the muscle clamping tight to stop the acid . So really the feeling is actually your body working correctly . I've had 2 cameras up my nose and 2 into my stomach and both show nothing is wrong . Extremely frustrating but I just focus on their diagnosis and try and carry on . You may have post nasal drip due to an allergy or maybe a little bit of acid reflux irritating you . Maybe go back to your doctor and see if they can give you something for allergies to see if that helps . Maybe stop trying to do things or hacking up phlegm , throwing up etc as they will all irritate your throat anyway . Try and have a week where you just think I'm going to see what happens

I had 2 years of trying everything . Low ph diet, no carbs , no meat, no alcohol , no sugar , no wheat . Acupuncture, yoga , Pilates ,Not eating after 8pm, drinking only water no coffee or tea and you know what nothing made a difference so I've come to the point now where I just think if I want a beer I will have one etc. Don't get me wrong I do eat very healthy and I hardly drink alcohol but when I want to slip I allow myself . I sleep with a wedge pillow under my mattress and take a little swig of gaviscon advance before bed . On waking I have a big glug of water and then take 1 dgl ( LICORICE) 20 mins before food. I only feel it now when I stop and think about it and that has gotten less and less as the time has gone on
