its a white layer on the bottom .. i shaved three days ago

lichen sclerosis most likely. You can get treatment for it and get rid of the white stuff its not sexually transmitted its presumed autoimmunegood luck!!! if you doc doesnt recognize ans treat go to another more experiened one

i could be wrong but lichen sclerosis is what I think you may want to check your hormones too? sometimes a correlation i could also be wrong and it could be some kind of fungus but really looks like lichen sclerosis

im really no expert but if you google lichen sclerosis images they do not look like this. The disease description mentions pearly shiny texture. This looks powdery.
