Im scared. Is this hemorrhoids?

Hi. I have been noticing a lump on the opening of my anus. This is only showing after my bowel movement. I do not feel any pain or something from it. It just appears after my bowel movement and my finger could stuck it in again.

What should I do? Do I need to be very concerned? Honestly I am already having an anxiety and thinking that I might have many illnesses at this moment, but I do not know where to start. Also thinking to get this checked by a doctor soon, but I am really worried it's something serious.

Also, I am thinking of consulting a psychiatrist as I really do believe, I am having anxiety and getting a little bit depressed.

    I am not a doctor or an expert, however have had hemmorhoids since I can remember and I am 32 now.

    From how it sounds, it does seem like it would be hemmorhoids, however it is always worth having your GP check them. They can usually tell by just seeing them, in terms of the anxiety, I can completely relate. I do the same and think that a feeling I have is something more sinister however to calm myself whenever I get these thoughts I will either go have a shower or a brief walk, seems to help!

    Hope you are feeling OK and go get a check to put your mind at ease
