Im so worried, and need advice quick :(

Hi there,

Im really confused and need some help.

I had sex with a girl in the age range of 26-29 at a massage parlour.

It was protected but after pulling out once i had ejaculated the condom was hanging outside the vagina and no longer on my penis.

In peoples opinions, if it came off during intercourse without me realising, surely it would of been pushed in? Am i correct?

Another question... What are my chances of gonorrhea?

I had a test at around 8-9 days after the sex. All negative.

What is the window period for gono and did i wait long enough?

I have had symptoms on and off since then, like itching at the end of my penis, twinges at the end of my penis, small red patches on my penis too. Not so much pain when i urinate, its more after, where i get shooting stinging pains in my tip. At one stage, my penis became very very itchy on the skin before the top of the penis. And these symptoms seem to come and go.

Ive also realised ive got oral thrush and skin thrush, so could i have all of these at the same time, as well as thrush in the penis? (I am obese)

Im worried, as i have now got a girlfriend, who is having bleeding like a period, which stopped, and then came back a few days later and im scared i have given her PID? (Shes on the implanon)

Please help! Thanks!

The incubation period is 2 to 14 days, with most symptoms appearing between 4 and 6 days after infection.

symptoms have inflammation of the penile urethra associated with a burning sensation during urination and discharge from the penis. In men, discharge with or without burning occurs in half of all cases and is the most common symptom of the infection.

      Hi!

      Thanks for yoir reply hanO!

In your opinion, do yoi think i need a test?

Also if it was gono, would symptoms keep appearing and then dissapearing all the time? Do you think ive put my gf at risk?

      Thanks again!

do u have any of these symptoms?

if u have penile discharge, you should do lab test. otherwise no need.

treat. of gono. is easy anyway. it's antibiotics :injection of Ceftriaxone one time to the buttocks or a single dose of Azithromycin by mouth. Once on antibiotics, you should feel relief within days.

      Hi there,

Ive had no discharge that im aware of. No stinging or burning when urinating. I get symptoms such as shooting stinging pains at the tip of my penis, and sometimes quite sore/itchy on the skin of my penis. (I do have skin yeast infection on my torso and oral thrush)

I had the protected sexual enxounter (which the condom slipped off after i ejaculated i believe) in march, got tested, 8-9 days after, and it was all negative!

Had a chlamdyia test about a month ago and negative too.

I also get aches in my back and lower abdominem.

      Opinion?

      Thanks again HanO

Given the yeast infection on body and oral thrush the itching etc could be related too that rather than being related to STD etc.

Two tests for two different STD and both negative and incubation period would appear to have passed without symptoms or discharge etc.

If you want peace of mind you will not find out on here. That can only be provided by Drs.

You've had sex with a sex worker and exposed yourself and yes your girlfriend to risk, it's possible psychosomatic symptoms and feelings brought on by fear and guilt could be playing into this as well.

If you want peace of mind get tested again, then ask yourself why you cheated and is girlfriend the right one for you.

If she is then keep it in your trousers and stop exposing yourself and her to risk of infection. Condoms only minimise risk they do not and cannot provide 100% protection.

Anyway what's happened has happened. Given a condom was worn the exposure risk is low. Personally out of thought for your girlfriend I'd get tested again to be really sure. Then I'd bury the guilt, surprise her with flowers or nice meal and get on with enjoying life and putting this mistake behind you and learning from it

      Take care
