Im starting to question my sanity

about a 9 days ago i had notice a small red bump while showering on my foreskin this was actually pointed out by my girlfriend of two years the only time had been with anyone else with unprotected sex was around mid December of last year. My first instinct was to mess with it and boom it got really red and irritated. from there we decided to not engage in anything sexual until the bump was gone. Although I haven't had sex I have masturbated which seems to make the irritation worse and irritate other pores and make them red. I have bought several things to try to help it witch hazel if it was just pimples from shaving and irritation which seems to help but not the main one, i tried to put apple cider vinegar if its HPV and it burned a little bit and only turned white if i stretched the skin far but washing it off makes them go back to normal organic coconut oil in case it's balantisis or a yeast infection but today i noticed im getting another pimple with a white head on the lower part of my shaft. My girlfriend and I have talked about going to a professional and have talked about the posibilities of any std but I NEED a second opinion this is driving me crazy knowing there is something next to my no-no square and it looking like its spreading is killing me please someone look at these pictures and give me an opinion.imageimage

First of all does your girlfriend know you were with someone else???????

I would listen to her you need to get this checked and find out what is the problem. At least your not having sex. That is the right thing to do. The doctor may tell you no sex of any kind until it's gone.

    Good luck...Ken

Then that would be a good Idea to both of you to get checked to make sure for the both of you. She is standing by you. I think she is a special girl

      Good luck Ken

Considering you already plan to visit a doctor, best is to leave it to them to give diagnose.

I cant tell much on what it might be, as bumps seem very blurry to me and I cant see proper texture.

However few things I can tell you, dont mess with bumps, dont pick them or squeeze as this can make things worse. Squeezing pimple for example can cause infection, damaging HPV wart will spread virus on nearby skin, etc.

Vinegar test is not a best solution since it is not accurate, some other normal penile bumps turn white in contact with it... Also if your bump didnt turn white but only surrounding skin, it is safe to consider it is not a wart.

Anyway, this doesnt seem very serious FROM PICTURES, but best is to visit a specialist. Wish you luck to get proper diagnose and cure it.

thank you reading the fact that it might not be a wart helps a lot could this be balanitis seeing as how the bumps get better overnight and when wearing tight clothing or masturbating they get irritated?

Considering it is on the foreskin it can be posthitis which is condition similar to balanitis but it affects foreskin.

Tight cloths and frequent or rough masturbation can cause damage to skin which results in infections and possible bumps. However again these are just possibilities and such cases is best to leave to specialists. I am not a doctor, and even if I was i would never make diagnose based on pictures.
