What could this be? its very uncomfortable, i have white discharge but it appears light green on my panty liner, there's no itch, the area where the rash is, its just very senitive, its red, it feels swollen & it burns & im experiencing frequent urination.

Some sorts of infection. If the discharge is greenish, then it's most likely bacterial.
