I was monitored and then my heart was ok they said. What i need to do is diversion. But i dont know because i am still experiencing weird sensation in my chest (does not hurt tho) yeah i just think my heart isnt functioning well. Im a 13 yr old female btw. sounds about right. are your parents helping you during this time. take care Ellie its Anxiety you have and its not uncommon to think that you have other issues going on. your coping mechanism has just gone into overdrive with it all. new feelings etc. it will calm down just got to work with it and try ( very difficult) to calm down and put things into perspective. its scary as well i get that. im just the same. all of us on here are suffering one way or another. never think your alone.

hi thank you for your kindness, you said you experience this kind of symptoms. But do you ever feel sick or weak or floating feeling? And do your palpitations go away immediately? Mine doesn't it stays like that for hours. Sometimes i feel irritated about it and have tremors. And im also scared to sleep as i always feel my heartbeat and its skips. Hope we all who experience it go through it.:))

the more you focus on it the worse it feels the heart is a muscle and your working it hard at the moment. it can put up with masses of strain. you have had all the tests and they came back all good. so nothing to worry about. you could try some really deep breathing techniques when it happens just to slow things down a bit. when you go to sleep try counting from 200 down to zero. always better to go down with counting. try to focus on that more to take your mind off things with your heart.
