you are very lucky, by the look of it..it's not a wart (hpv), that looks like moluscum, it's harmless and not related to any cancers...but...it's highly contagious through touching so you might end up with allot more, that's why I recommend you go to a dermatologist and have it burned of (takes 2 minutes).

It could be a molluscum, but difficult to be sure. Have a look at the photo below from Dermnet NZ for comparison. Molluscums are smooth dome-shaped lesions with a dimple in the centre; they are a viral STD.
