imbalance and shakiness for 1 month.

I have had balance issues, shakiness and weird sensation in hands when doing small tasks like my hands are going faster than my mind. It all started a week after I had a cold. I woke up and was dizzy. My right ear. Started feeling full and painful. My blood tests and CT scan were normal. I was on steroids for 10 days. I noticed some improvement. I am seeing a VRT who feels it is vestibular neuritis. Mornings are the most difficult. I wake up off balance and a little shaky. My hands especially my right one gets tingling and feels funny at times when doing tasks. Can anyone relate to this? I feel that it is getting better from doing the exercises. I take lorazapam 1x daily and that helps the anxiety from all this. Amy suggestions or thoughts?

Do you still feel pain in your right ear?  Vestibular neuritis is not associated with pain.  Did ENT look into your ear canal and see anything?

I have not been to a ENT. My GP recommended VRT to see if that would help and go from here. The pain has lessened and would come in short bits like a shooting pain.

      Yes. She did not see

Any issues. The shakiness concerns me. It is not visible but I notice in all I do.

All things being equal, a neurology consult would be recommended to look at the tingling of the right upper limb and not feeling right, together with the shakiness.

Glad I am not alone. Very frustrating to know what to do and how long to wait. I cry everyday because it is a horrible feeling and I don't have any answers. I have a family to take care of and a job to to. It is frustrating when you are perfectly well one day and not the next and then you have doctors after doctors to see that don't have answers

One day at a time. So much has gone on the back burner at my house and I feel horrible about that. My balance does seem better but I feel i take small steps just to be sure. Does your arm or arms bother you? I feel like it's impossible to do the littlest tasks sometimes and I feel jumpy often too
