I am suffer with anxiety and on top of that I feel that I have severe Showgrens and that my immune system is not working at all. The reason for this is that my mucous glands seem to have dried up and nothing seems to be working ie: eye drops for dry eyes, saliva spray and saliva pastilles. Is there anyone in a similar position that can offer me any advice
