Implant pain

Hello! Very happy i found this page. I had ORIF on my right ankle on September 24. I have nine screws and a plate going down the outside of my fibula. I have very small ankles and can see the implant from the outside. It is causing me intense pain when it rubs up against anything. I can’t even sleep on my right side because it rubs on the bed. Does anybody have any tips or hints about what I can do to lessen the pain. I already have extra fluffy socks as a barrier but that doesn’t even help.image
