Implant troubles

A few months ago I got an implant (Implanon NXT) to use as a birth control method. The first month I missed my period, but was told it is normal during the first few months to experience changes in your menstrual cycle. Now (almost 5months later) I have missed two periods. I did do a pregnancy test after I missed my period the first month, but I am concerned now that I have missed another month. Should I take another pregnancy test. Or could missing my period be related to the Implanon, or stress??
