i swallowed an Imvexxy 10mcg by mistake with my evening
pills . what , if anything shouldi do.

I am not a medical person, so I am not qualified to give you an answer. To set your mind at ease you can use a service like Call a Nurse. If you have medical insurance they may provide a service . I am in the US so it depends on what country you are in and what service is available. You could try to call a 24 hr pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist. . People do take hormones orally but it is now considered safer to use hormones topically or vaginally. However, that would be on a long term basis. I have no idea what effect if any swallowing a 10 mcg dose would have. Possibly give you a headache? Try calling someone just to be sure.
