Hi Denise, I'm taking a different hrt than you are but I started it in january and it made me feel like I felt in my 30's. It's wonderful to feel like my old self again. You'll probabably start seeing improvement any day now. If this kind doesn't do the job, try another until you're better. Good luck!

Im on no hrt stuff. I would love to help you but i dont know how it works.i took the natural route. Im one year post menapause now and still have a handful of issues from the hormone changes. I just didnt want my cycle back, i like not having it to be honest. I would strongly suggest a healthy diet and b comolex vitamin and a  ubiqinol suppliment. Some people love the hormone replacement. I would think it takes time to work. Brain fog can come from stress too or your diet. I have personally found b12 lefts brain fog very nicely.

HI Denise, I can really relate to how you are feeling. I have been post meno for a couple of yrs now( I'm 57) and still feeling the brain fog and other symptoms. I just started back on HRT and am beginning to feel better, although I wish I felt like I was 30 again! I agree with lisalisa67, think diet has a lot to do with it and I've heard the B12 helps as well. I'm going to try it.

im like you, no one discussed this with me and I've been like, What??

Glad you joined this forum as it has helped me a lot. Hang in there!

    Hi Denise,

I'm on a different kind of HRT but it started sorting my problems out within a few weeks.

So hopefully very soon you will start seeing improvements.
