Hi  I have been on vagifem 10mcg pessary now for five weeks and symptoms had improved. and everything was settling down. I had done 2week course and  am now using    twice weekly dose.I experienced some spotting so my GP sent me to yGyne to get checked out.I had internal vaginal scan and examination of cervic which was v. Uncomfortable. As a result of all this I   am experiencing symptoms  again i.e. Discomfort, burning ,abdominal pain , running to loo.etc. My query now is should I restart 2 week daily dose of vagifem again ? Anyone have had similar experience?I'm disappointed this has all started up again.The good news is that nothing and normal in scan  so was told to keep on using vagifem as spotting had stopped but was told to come straight back if any reoccurs ve.y

    Hi I have been on it for 5 weeks also I take it 3 times a week as 2 times is not enough I did try but I found symptoms came back . If I were you I w would up it again
