I posted here a couple days ago and havent gotten any responses, 2 months ago I smoked weed(Ive smoked for years), and when I went to bed i laid down for maybe 2 minutes and my head hit the pillow weird, I jumped out of bed screaming and freaking out thinking I died, ever since ive been having Palpitations, with a visible pulse in my throat. Every now and then my body tingles, and lately i can feel my pulse throughout my whole body, and my ears have been ringing non stop. Could it be possible that I died that night and an dreaming all of this, or could this be severe Anxiety. Please Help!!!!

you are having severe anxiety. Weed can do that to a person. Palpitations, ringing in the ears, seeing your pulse, are all very common symptoms of anxiety. You did not die that night. You never know what is in some weed that can cause something like this to happen. I would say stay away from it because it will make everything worse.
when you feel panicky, get on YouTube and search for meditations for panic. Or emergency panic meditation. They will help you through it. you’re going to be OK. Try to relax your mind because when you’re constantly worried it will increase the anxiety. You can also talk to a counselor about all of this. They will help you manage it. You can do virtual online counseling. Take care

Thank you very much, I have been panicking because of all of this, and a week after the first incident i Smoked a bowl at a friends house and the same thing happened, I ended up breaking a glass thinking i was dead. And nothing has felt the same since. I haven't touched weed since that night and I'm not sure i ever will again, at least for awhile. Thank you for the quick reply

hey will ask your doc for a benzodiazepine medication to be used very cautiously to avoid addiction. this drug is incredibly dangerous but it will give you some relief to help relax your mind. you

It sounds like you smoked something that might have been laced and your body is still adjusting to it. It reminds me of HPPD.
