Inability to ejaculate

Ok so... I’m not exactly sure what’s causing my issue but it’s been bothering me for a while now and I want to sort myself out. I’m 18 and I find it difficult to ejaculate. I know that I’m able to though because I’ve had serveral wet dreams but whenever I masterbate nothing seems to work. I thought that maybe I just need someone to help me out😉 but I’ve done the deed with someone twice now and still nothing. There are several things that I feel might contribute; when I was a baby I was born with hypospadias and had to be circumcised to sort things out down there. I bring this up because I thought that maybe I’ve just been desensitised over the years but I’m not sure? I also thought that I might have something wrong with my testicles/scrotum. It appears a vibrant deep red at times and I don’t know if I should be worried. Maybe I just worry too much? Please help

Stevan I'm sorry you are having a problem. I don't think the surgery you had has a baby did anything to that area. They were just fixing the opening and the urethra. You say you have wet dream. So that is working. You say you can't ejaculate but do you have a orgasm when you masturbate. You may have a block some were. Please tell us a little more. Have you been to a doctor yet. Maybe you should have a talk with one Take care Ken.

I agree with kenneth1955 that the surgery won't affect your sensitivity. I also agree that there's a big difference between dry orgasm and orgasm with ejaculation. Clearly having wet dreams shows that it isn't a physical problem. Maybe your masturbation technique could work better. I'm uncircumcised, but I believe men without their foreskins need more lubrication (such as KY jelly or similar) to help with masturbation. Perhaps the circumcised men on the forum will reply with suggestions.

I sent him a note. He never said if he had a orgasm but no ejaculation. It may have something to do with the muscles in that area. Or he is just stressed. We don't know. I wish we could help him now before he get married and want to have a child If he want to go that way. He may end up at the doctors to have some test. He should do it now while he is young. On masturbation All men do it different way. With or without lube. I have never used lube. I'm cut and never had a problem. I have good days and bad. I guest that is a older mans problem. Ken

I guess why I assumed lube is needed if you are circumcised is that I've tried masturbating while holding my foreskin close to the body and found the process was painful! I'm glad to hear it's not actually so!

👋, thanks for you’re reply. I’ve think I’ve experienced a dry orgasm in the past but it doesn’t happen too often. As you are circumcised too I wondered if you still had skin to manipulate? When erect the skin around my penis becomes tight and immobile; could this be to do with the circumcision? Another thing I thought I should mention is the curve in my penis when erect; when erect it curves upward to the point where it sits parallel to my abdomen. I looked up a condition called chorde; could this be a cause for concern?
About 3 years ago I went to a specialist for a different issue ( involving the region). My spout was splitting during urination so he, the doctor, thought something was wrong with my bladder. I then had surgery so he could see if that was the case. Woke to find that my bladder wasn’t the problem. Then for some reason we stopped trying to find a resolution and stopped seeking help😔
Thanks

Good even Stevan. Yes I'm circumicised. Have no problem with sex or masturbation. My skin get tight but it is still movable. I had dry orgasm when I was on Flomax and Rapaflo Did not like them. Only took them for month. .I don't think that the circumcision cause anything. I think that is the way your made. Some men have more skin then others. I think the curve is normal. You said that it points up. Mine does the same. If you look at mine the head is pointing up. Been like that for years. I would not worry about it if it is not causing you a problem. I don't get what your saying. You were splitting from the spout . You talking about your pee hole. Why would he think it was your bladder. The surgery you are talking about. You must of add a Ridge Cystoscopy. Did you have 2 steam's I hope your getting better..Ken .

Hey Stevan. I hope your doing better. I found out some more information. You may have Male Orgasmic Disorder. or you may have Anorgasmia. Which means can't orgasm or ejaculate.. Are you on any kind of medicine that may be a side effect. They said if the problem does not go away. Go to a doctor that specializes in male sexual dysfunction. I hope we can get this fixed for you. Ken

Sounds as if it's not just that you have no ejaculation, but that you rarely reach orgasm? This may not be too much of a problem when having intercourse with a female partner as it may mean you can last longer which would probably be good for her. However, if you don't reach orgasm often when masturbating, that isn't so much fun for you. Perhaps you could get a masturbatory aid eg Fleshlight and see if that helps?
