My sister is suffering from incontinence from last 1 year & doctor advices her to do surgery. Is surgery the only answer to recover from Incontinence.

Surgery is usually only suggested if she has tried physiotherapy with no luck, and the incontinence is affecting the quality of life. It really depends on the reason for the incontinence.

Surgery is important, i think eating and drinking fibre helps. When we naturally take care of the issue and avoiding drinking lots of alcohol it helps a great deal.
