Hi Sue, from what I’ve read this sounds quite normal. I started Sertraline 4 weeks ago, doc prescribed 50 for first two weeks then increase to 100. Felt awful and didn’t feel sure about doubling the dosage. After the 2 weeks I actually decreased down to 25 for about 10 days and on Monday this week upped to 37.5...each change causes a lot of anxiety and I actually feel as if I’m rattling. I was told I could feel worse before feeling better??...I’m waiting until I have a few days off work at Easter before I go up to 50 and hope that will be enough to help my anxiety...despite feeling awful I have noticed a difference in my mental health....hope you’ll benefit soon 😊
