I am on 150 mg also . I was recently increased to the 150. For me it is a godsend. It relieved my anxiety a lot and I think it needs to go up again. I'll see.

    Never had nausea, however.

Hello, i've been on 200mg Sertraline for 17 years. It always takes at least 2 weeks if not longer for your body to metabolise and get used to a doseage change. If you're depressed you can often recover on much lower doses but with anxiety, 200mg is often required. Mine pooped out last year and have added Mirtazipine. I have nothing but good things to say about Sertraline. As your body gets used to the dose change the stomach issues, anxiety will recede and become less often. If you aren't showing any let up from relentless anxiety after 2/3 weeks then you should see your GP again
