Increase in Citalopram

I have increased my dosage by 2.5mg, I'm already on 25mg as my panic attacks have started, it's been nearly two weeks and I'm still feeling spaced and weird. Is this normal? I know from past experience when I first started on these tablets I did have really bad side effects but I thought because it was only a small increase I wouldn't have such a bad reaction. Any advice would be helpful, feel like I'm going crazy!!!

    hi im on day 16 of increase and been spaced out and weird feeling since increasing, it will settle im sure

      Thanks. I just wasn't sure, because it's such a low increase, I didn't think I would feel as bad as this.
