I have been Non Dysplaysia for several years on Esomeprazole and Famotidine. I am producing a lot more Phlegm and having to clear the back of my throat, particularly at night. Does this mean the lesion inflammation is worsening with the possibility of moving to Low or High Dysplaysia?
