So when you say your head went, what do you mean? Did your anxiety worsen on the increased Tramadol and that's why your GP upped your Cit dose?

You will get some side effects, blurred vision can be one, when increasing your dose of Cit.

Your increased anxiety, I'd say, is then due to worrying about the side effects of the increased Tramadol and coming off it, then the new symptoms from increasing the Cit, worrying is it still the Tramadol or Citalopram, and also, increased anxiety tends to be something that occurs changing doses of Cit.

Chat to your GP, it might be worth going back down to 20mg of Cit and then if you're still struggling with leg pain, increase your dose of Tramadol by just a 1/4 or 50% dose increase, rather than a doubled dose which sounds like was just too much too quickly.
