Increased dosage of citalopram

can anybody please tell me how long symptoms of shaking lasts. About a month ago I increased my dose from 10 to 20 myself as I tried to come off them previously by taking one 10 every other day and it really mucked up my system. So I increased my dose back to 20.  The shakes particularly my hands and arms are making my anxiety worse.

    I was on 20mg for three months & never got rid of the shakes from time to time, I reduced to 10 & shakes went away , I now have 10mg every other day but unlike you things are fine for me on this dosage . Sorry can't be more help but everyone has different effects on differing dosages it's just a case of finding the one that suits you . Good luck
