increased dosage sertraline. still feel strange...

Need some advice. I have been on Sertraline now for a little over 6weeks and increased dosage last week from 50mg to 75mg. I started to feel better after week 3 on 50mg, but after awhile I started to feel as before anxious/depressed again and desided to increase dosage to 75mg with my doctors OK. Now I've been on 75mg for 1 1/2 weeks.. I got some increase in side effects with increased dosage, tremors, tired, hard to concentrate, just feel a bit "out of it" ... I wonder if I this odd "out of it" feeling will pass or if my doage is too high? I just feel a bit zombiefied now and I'm so anxious about it. Scared I will turn into some emotionless Zombie. Just want to feel like my old self, not like this!!

Yes my pattern is very similar to yours..started at 50, increased to 75mg..where I have been for the last 2 weeks. feeling the same way..did well on the 50, then hit a little wall..increased to 75mg.. have not been able to get my energy back..wake up tired, wondering if I should taper back down to 50mg..may give it another week..my anxiety is much better..insomnia is much better..just feeling a little lethargic😕 praying for better days ahead..for all on this journey

It's all side effects....they can be a nuisance when starting/ increasing dose. They will wear off after a few weeks
