hi

I have been struggling with my mental health for 3 months. I have been on citalopram for years 20mg. I have struggled with anxiety for 20 years. it was under control for 2 years. I started 3 months ago with heightened anxiety I increased to 25mg for 9 weeks. did not see much improvement at all. increase to 30mg 17 days ago. I have had some better moments followed by anxiety. I am so tired now of being ill. think today is a bad day. I constantly feel like I can't breathe and think about my breathing. it's become bit of an obsession. anyone else find this?

thank you for replying. I love the good days. but them bad days cancel out the good days. you forget about the good days. I'm hoping a few more weeks and I see more improvements. x

      hi collette

      how have you been?

is there certain situations that trigger it more than others?

have you had a life situation that suddenly heightned your anxiety?

its intresting that the things you dont think would bother you actually do.

its what happened to me .

its not easy to look inside yourself but i find it good to do

just be kind to yourself please
